“Pomodoro”为意大利语"番茄"之意。

番茄工作法是应付拖延症的一个绝妙方法。

番茄工作法(Pmodoro Technique)十分简单好用,每一个25分钟为一个“番茄”。当你完成一个的时候,在新工作开始之前做一个5分钟的休息。当你完成4个“番茄”,休息一段比较长的时间,好好休息以恢复精力。

"Pomodoro" is Italian for tomato.

Pomodoro Technique is a powerful tool for tackling Procrastination.

The approach is outstandingly easy operation. Each 25- minute session is one "pomodoro." When you fulfil one, take a five-minute break before initiate the next. After four "pomodori," take a longer break to rest and recharge.
